Skin diseases that are often confused with sexually transmitted diseases

Hello friends, we cannot deny that activities that require close contact, such as close contact, sometimes with penetration, sometimes with big problems that we find difficult to deal with. That is... the problem is not just a cute and cute level, like gold, but it turns out to be bumps and bumps that have no origin. We don't dare to consult anyone. Today, testBKK will talk about skin diseases and sexually transmitted diseases that are often confusing, such as whether they are gifts from golfers from deals on apps or if they are just a fantasy that is just a skin disease that just happens to be similar. If you are ready, let's check ourselves together.

To explain it simply, we have to separate it into 2 main types, which are:

1. Skin diseases that occur in the genital area or are used for sexual intercourse (penis, mouth, buttocks) that are similar

1.1 Herpes has 3 similar skin symptoms, such as allergic contact dermatitis, ringworm, and folliculitis. The details and pictures will make you feel itchy and want to scratch, friends.

(Herpes Simplex)(Contact Dermatitis) (Tinea Cruris) (Folliculitis)

Contact Dermatitis: This allergic rash is caused by contact with an allergen. It develops into small blisters or red rashes. The itchiness of this rash is as bad as a baby's and usually goes away within a few days after avoiding the allergen or irritant.

Tinea Cruris: The appearance of tinea cruris is a red rash that is round or oval in shape, with clear edges and is flaky. It usually occurs in moist areas and genitals. The itchiness is at the level of itchy. The more you scratch, the more inflamed it becomes and the infection can occur. Stop yourself first.

Folliculitis: Blisters, whiteheads, similar to acne. Don't squeeze them. The itchiness is at the level of itchy hands. The itchiness may not be severe, but it makes you want to scratch and scratch, which can easily cause wounds. It's possible that it may get re-infected. It is better to keep your hands away.

1.2 Genital warts or HPV warts are a common misunderstanding. Any flesh or growth that protrudes is considered a wart. Some people are worried and think that they have a disease when they see flesh protruding from the tip of their penis. Let's take a look at some symptoms that are similar to warts.

(HPV)Pearly Penile Papules (PPP) (Molluscum Contagiosum)Fordyce Spot

Pearly Penile Papules (PPP) Pearly Penile Papules are white bumps around the head of our penis, which definitely stresses many friends out, wondering if we are dirty or not taking good enough care of ourselves. In fact, it is just a natural skin condition, not caused by any germs and is not contagious in any way. It does not have any negative effects on the body. However, if you want to look beautiful, having a doctor remove it with a laser is not a problem.

Molluscum Contagiosum is a small, round bump with a dimple in the middle. This is a prominent feature that is clearly visible. It does not cause pain or itching. It usually heals on its own within 6-12 months, but a doctor can cauterize or scrape it off. Do not be naughty and do it yourself or you risk infection or it spreading to other areas.

Fordyce Spot is a sebaceous gland that appears as a white or light yellow lump or bump. There may be one or several bumps, ingrown hairs, and the sebaceous glands do not cause any pain. It is often found on the testicles and foreskin. No need to make a big fuss and let it be a natural occurrence.

1.3 Chancroid This disease is very painful when exposed to water. It is similar to a type of skin disease, as shown below.

(Chancroid) (Chancre)
1.4 Chancre: Similar names but different appearances. The appearance is a small, round sore with a clearly visible hard edge. It usually does not cause any pain. The sore can occur anywhere the infection enters, whether it is on the skin around the genitals, testicles, anus, intestines, mouth, etc.

2. Similar skin diseases on the body (arms, legs, torso)

2.1 Syphilis: A popular disease caused by unprotected sex and frequent sexual intercourse, which leaves red rashes all over the body, including the palms and soles of the feet. Sometimes, it is similar to other skin diseases as listed below.

 (Syphilis)Fixed Drug EruptionPemphigus Vulgaris(Herpes Zoster / Shingles)

Fixed Drug Eruption: It is an allergic rash to dimenhydrinate, which is characterized by red rashes and dimples that occur in areas that have been directly exposed to chronic substances. The rash usually occurs in areas where the drug or chemical that causes the symptoms is first used. Therefore, it is best to avoid scratching and avoiding the substances that cause the reaction.

Pemphigus Vulgaris: It occurs as a group of abrasions on the skin, which can spread to other areas throughout the body from stimuli that cause symptoms, such as contact. It is an autoimmune disease that causes blisters and skin wounds. The wounds are usually red and may contain pus or blood, which looks quite scary. It is best to see a doctor immediately.

Herpes Zoster / Shingles The symptoms start with a burning sensation on the skin. Within 1-5 days, a red rash will appear in the painful area, which will develop into blisters. It is itchy and numb. Even a slight touch makes you feel weak and almost crazy.

2.2 Monkeypox, a global animal-to-human epidemic There are many similar skin symptoms, ranging from mild to much more severe. Try observing and evaluating the following information.

 (Mpox) (Chickenpox) (Smallpox)(HFMD)

Chickenpox (Varicella): Chickenpox is a popular disease that everyone knows well. It may have the appearance of small blisters or red bumps and may be accompanied by severe itching. Symptoms are often accompanied by fever, headache, and a skin rash that appears as clear blisters all over the body. Many of you may have experienced this disease as children.

Smallpox: Smallpox usually has large blisters and is severely swollen. It is a very contagious disease compared to monkeypox, which causes high fever, fatigue, and pain throughout the body. If it goes away, it leaves deep dimples.

Hand, foot, and mouth disease (HFMD): It is spread through direct contact with infected fluids such as saliva and mucus. There is an incubation period between infection and the onset of symptoms. Hand, foot, and mouth disease usually has symptoms of small blisters on the hands, feet, and mouth, along with fever, sore throat, and discomfort. It is usually not very severe, but it can be quite annoying.
